Located within the Newburgh East End Historic District on the site of a former sailing supply warehouse, this mixed-use project is at the crossroads of commercial Liberty Street and the Washington Heights residential district. The design accentuates the massing of the building by mixing brick masonry and clapboard siding to relate to each neighborhood. The main entrance to the 12 residential units is on Liberty Street while two retail units front Renwick Street. Completed while a principal at Berg + Moss Architects.
