Located within the Newburgh East End Historic District on the site of a former lumber yard, this mixed-use project responds to the smaller neighboring buildings. By articulating the bulk and massing, balconies and terraces were utilized to step-down the building to meet its smaller neighbors. The main entrance to the 54 residential units is on Broadway adjacent to retail units. At the rear of the through-lot on Ann Street is the entrance to a one level parking garage.
