Located within the Newburgh East End Historic District on the site of two historic factories, the project is a mixed-use development with 157 affordable and market rate housing units and 8,000 sf of retail space with underground parking. The site is located across the street from Washington’s Headquarters, a National Historic site and was approved by the State Historic Preservation Office. Sustainable features include geothermal heating and cooling and solar panels on the roof.
