Located within the Newburgh East End Historic District, this mixed-use project is incorporates an existing carriage house into the design of 18 live-work units, office share, and cafe. The design takes advantage of its south facing exposure and creates a communal interior and exterior courtyard. Completed while a principal at Berg + Moss Architects.
