Located on a through-lot between Broadway and Ann Streets, the design works around and incorporates an existing historic structure and underground parking garage. The mixed-use projects houses 50 residential units and retail or restaurant space fronting Broadway. The underground parking garage is expanded to take advantage of the sloping site.
