With over 25 years experience specializing in housing and hospitality work, Christopher has worked on dozens of new and adaptive re-use of historic structures in New York City and the Hudson Valley including projects in Krakow, Poland and Brasov, Romania. Chris has overseen the construction of over 1,200 new hotel rooms in Manhattan and 500 units of housing in the Hudson Valley.

A LEED-accredited professional, Christopher is a registered architect i n New York and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and a Masters of Housing and Urbanism from the Architectural Association in London.
